BPS has long used census blocks as enumeration areas for various censuses/surveys with a household/individual approach. However, the Census Block Area Enumeration is considered very specific, because only BPS uses it, while other ministries/institutions are more familiar with SLS (Local Environmental Units). Therefore, as a form of preparation, it is necessary to update the Local Environmental Unit Area Enumeration (EA SLS).
Hello #SobatData, on Wednesday (29/5) West Manggarai Regency BPS carried out training for EA SLS Update officers on 29-30 May 2023 in the West Manggarai Regency BPS Office Hall. Hopefully, with this training activity, officers can understand the enumeration mechanism that has been determined, dig up a lot of information (probing) from respondents and continue to prioritize the quality of the data produced so that accurate and high-quality data is obtained.
