SEP2024 Evaluation Meeting

On Wednesday afternoon (19/6) an evaluation meeting for the 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey (SEP) was held in the hall of the West Manggarai Regency BPS office. This meeting was attended by the Head of BPS NTT Province, Head of BPS Manggarai Regency and representatives from Bappenas. The agenda discussed at this meeting was the progress of the ongoing survey, difficulties and challenges faced during the survey.

The 2024 Agricultural Economic Survey or SEP 2024 is part of the follow-up ST 2023. One of the aims of SEP 2024 is to obtain data on economic aspects of agricultural business units, including income, expenditure, cost structure, as well as welfare indicators of agricultural business units in Indonesia.

There are 7 agricultural sub-sectors covered by the SEP. Starting from food crops, horticulture, plantations, fisheries, animal husbandry, forestry, to agricultural services.

SEP 2024, which will take place from 1 to 30 June, covers all provinces and all districts/cities in Indonesia through selected samples. Until you are selected you can come from an Individual Agricultural Business Unit (UTP) or a Legally Incorporated Agricultural Company Business Unit (UPB), and Other Agricultural Business Units (UTL).
