The National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS) is one of the important sources of employment data in Indonesia. Sakernas is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) which is specifically designed to collect employment data. The August 2024 Sakernas data collection took place from 8 to 31 August 2024.
All officers carried out data collection on households selected as samples from the results of updating the census block. In carrying out data collection, officers followed the specified data collection procedures. In addition, assistance from supervisors was also carried out to maintain the quality of the data from the data collection results, as well as to provide solutions to problems that arise in the field.
With good cooperation between data collection officers, supervisors, and those responsible for Sakernas activities at the BPS of West Manggarai Regency, it is hoped that quality employment data will be obtained.
