Training of Field Officers for MSBP Integrated Susenas Survey Seruti Quarter III 2024

The National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) is one of BPS's routine surveys which is the main source of data for development activities in the social and economic fields. Data and information generated from Susenas are always awaited and become a reference for various parties, both government and private. The indicators generated from Susenas are also the main reference for monitoring the progress of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) achievements every year until 2030. Thus, maintaining the quality of Susenas data is something that must be really considered and is a shared responsibility between the center and regions. This September, Susenas activities have a theme/module of Socio-Cultural and Education. So that it will emphasize more on the theme. Therefore, Officer Training was conducted for the implementation of the 2024 MSBP Susenas and SERUTI TW III Activities organized by the BPS of West Manggarai Regency and officially opened by the Head of BPS of West Manggarai Regency, Mrs. Ikhe Suryaningrum, S.Pi, MAB with 3 days of Face-to-Face Learning with 18 participants consisting of 12 Field Enumerators (PCL) and 6 Field Inspection Officers (PML). This training has been carried out for 3 days, starting from 3-5 September 2024 at the Green Prundi Hotel, Labuan Bajo. The employee who served as an instructor in this activity was Putu Adi Myarsithawan S.Tr.Stat. It is hoped that this training can improve the understanding of the concepts and definitions of participants for the accuracy and quality of data collected through interview techniques and correct filling out of questionnaires so that the data obtained from Susenas is valid and reliable for further analysis and policy making.
