This afternoon (2/4) West Magggarai Regency BPS held an initial meeting for Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) and Socialization of the Implementation of EPSS 2024. This meeting was attended by internal BPS and representatives from several OPDs directly related to EPSS.
The aim of carrying out activities today is to provide an understanding of the assessment techniques and EPSS assessment indicators. The target of this Entry Meeting and Socialization is to ensure that the assessment by TPI is carried out according to schedule and that the assessment is carried out in accordance with the instructions.
The activity began by joining Zoom with Central BPS which held an Entry Meeting and socialization regarding EPSS. After that, it was continued with an offline meeting in the West Manggarai BPS office hall.
In his speech, Mr. Ade said that the IPS target for 2024 is 2.6, therefore we are requesting the cooperation of departments that are EPSS partners so that they can complete the necessary supporting evidence and in the future can implement a good statistical system in their respective departments.
